Odourz.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
* Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Refunds are subject to approval by the store’s customer service team. Please reach out to the customer support team to check if your product is eligible for return and refund.
For Refunds, payment will be made to Source Account. Customer is required to share bank details in case purchase is made by Cash on Delivery.
Note:
All refunds are made after deducting a small fees of 2.5% (payment gateway associated fees).
For Failed Online Transactions, Refunds are automatically processed to source account and might take up to 5 working days (please note: We do not hold this amount).
