1. Shipping
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that during high-demand periods or for deliveries to remote locations, processing times may take slightly longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Method: We provide both standard and expedited shipping options for domestic and international orders. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
For international orders, please note that any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs office are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
EstimatedDelivery Time:
Domestic: Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on the destination).
International: Expedited Shipping : 3–7 business days (depending on the destination).
Shipping Charges: Minimum 80/-rs to 150/-rs Shipping Charges Applicable for Domestic & For International Minimum 250/-rs to 2000/-rs depends on country code.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD option is only available for India.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Browsing Data: IP address, device type, cookies, and usage analytics
Personal Data: Name, email, phone number, shipping/billing address
Payment Information: Processed securely via third-party gateways (we do not store card details)
